Tagliatelle Verdi is *almost* identical to the traditional Tagliatelle in terms of its dimensions. The key differentiating factor is its use of Spinach. The pasta is distinct in its color, its taste, and even its versatility as it pairs well with both light and creamier sauces. These are also apart of the Granoro Dedicato line which utilizes wheat and farmers specifically from the region of Puglia, Italy. It is in this region where the headquarters of Granoro is located.
