The only difference between the two is the Mezze Maniche are overall slightly larger making them suitable for thick & savory sauces. These are also apart of the Granoro Dedicato line which utilizes wheat and farmers specifically from the region of Puglia, Italy. It is in this region where the headquarters of Granoro is located.
