Bucatini is a rare cut of pasta. Bucatini, a close cousin to spaghetti, is characterized by a hole running through the center of the noodle. The center hole gives this shape of pasta the perfect texture and flexibility to be served anyway, but especially with heavier sauces.

Sauce Recommendations: Heavier sauces like Bolognese or Amatriciana.
