Granoro Orecchiette Dedicato 91

The name orecchiette is derived from the Italian word meaning "little ear". This perfectly describes this unique shape of pasta. One of the most famous pasta recipes that utilized Oriecchette features broccoli rabe and sausage in light cream sauce. These are also apart of the Granoro Dedicato line which utilizes wheat and farmers specifically from the region of Puglia, Italy.
